The first step is to attain a pre-approval letter verifying you can afford the home. The seller will ask that you bring this letter to the showing. If you have not been pre-approved, we partner with Farmers State Bank who can often determine your pre-approval status in less than 30 minutes!
Contact the seller directly to set up a time to view the property. The home seller can answer any questions and typically send you home with additional information including a Seller Disclosure Statement.
Once a handshake agreement has been reached, both buyer and seller can meet with our on-site real estate attorney to draft the official Residential Purchase Agreement. This is a complimentary service for the buyer.
