The Home Transparency Report® includes a pre-market certified appraisal and a pre-market home inspection so all the information is on the table before you submit an offer. The report is generated by unbiased, certified professionals providing their expert opinion on the value and condition of the home.

When ready, you can click the green "Make an Offer" button on the seller's posting to submit a non-binding offer and have an opportunity to continue electronic correspondence with the seller until a "handshake" agreement is reached.
